Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on critgearshop.com. - What are my shipping options?
We offer a variety of domestic and international shipping options. The cost and estimated timeframe for each option will be displayed at checkout. - Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many international destinations. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. - How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods and holiday seasons. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. - How do I start a return?
Please initiate your return through our Returns Portal on critgearshop.com. You will be able to print a prepaid shipping label and receive further instructions. - When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. - Do you offer exchanges?
We currently process returns for refunds rather than direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

- What payment methods do you accept?

You can enter your promo code during checkout in the designated ‘Discount code’ field. Click ‘Apply’ and the discount will be deducted from your order total.

We are unable to modify orders once they have been submitted due to our quick processing times. If you need to make a change, you may return the item after receipt and place a new order.
