Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from critgearshop.com. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal at critgearshop.com/returns
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for return
  4. Print the prepaid returns label that will be generated
  5. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the returns label
  6. Drop off the package at your local post office or designated carrier location

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. After inspection and approval, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless defective:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
  • Damaged items not due to manufacturer defect
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team through the Help Center on critgearshop.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. We will review your case and guide you through the specific process for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns based on customer preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are returning an item due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges
We currently process returns for refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

International Returns
The returns process for international orders follows the same procedure as domestic returns. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred when sending return shipments. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Merchandise.”

Return Exceptions
Some items may have specific return requirements noted on their product pages. Please review these details before making your purchase. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
